Yoga allows us to reconnect with the present moment, to still your mind and re-engage with your breath and body. These three aspects are the building blocks in which I sequence my classes from. Using my experience of more than 10 years as a professional dancer I utilize my knowledge of anatomy, breath work and musicality to create a class in which you will stretch and strengthen your body and mind.Â
